Health, at your doorstep

Our client, whose business is closely related to the tourism sector - a health provider in Madeira whose purpose is to take care of tourists and their health during their stay, faced an unprecedented situation. Suddenly the island of Madeira was “empty” of tourists. The hotels and restaurants were closed. The streets were almost desert. The company stopped without any prospect of resuming activity. As a result, our client’s business faced a backslash with the “pandemic”.

We were asked to conduct a strategic workshop to review the business strategy and to design scenarios that could help the company to pivot to a new business model that was conductive to short term survival and mid term resilience. A new business and a new brand were born from this exercise: Clínica em Casa.
